Problems?

• App keeps crashing/won't load

  First try restarting you phone, possible by completely powering off then on your device or by holding the power and home buttons for 10 seconds (basically until you see it restart). After this is done try the application again.

  Still not working? I would think then that there was some issue when the update was originally installed. The best thing to do would be to delete the application, then reinstall/repurchase it (you won't be recharged if you use the same iTunes account). This will ensure you get the latest version from the App store and make sure it's installed on a clean slate.

• Metronome doesn't work!

  The metronome volume is directly linked to your phone's/iPod's system volume so if you have turned down the ringer volume it won't be heard. The solution is to quit out to the home page of your device then turn the ringer volume right up (you should see "ringer" text above the speaker overlay). Then reload the App and all should be well.

• I've got no sound!

• How to send a crash report

  Step 1

  Sync your iPhone/iPod/iPad to iTunes.

  Step 2

  Find the crash logs on your computer.

  OS X

  ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>

  Windows XP

  C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\<DEVICE_NAME>

  Windows 7/Vista

  C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME>

  The log file names start with application name and have the extension "crash". Please attach them to an email.

  Step 3

  Send me an email with any details you can remember about when it happened, what you were doing at the time of the crash, what you saw, etc.  Don’t forget to attach the crash reports you found above!
